READ CSR Project

Among the initiatives Crestpoint is working on, one of the most transformational is the CSR READ program. READ is a campus to corporate project of Redington Foundation started in July 2015. Crestpoint manages the entire delivery piece of this initiative to ensure the quality of execution and the realization of the expected outcomes.

The program is aimed at grooming campus students for the challenges of professional life.

Four batches of 25 students have been completed so far.

A group of trainers facilitate 50 students from Guindy, Chennai, 75 students from SSN College, Chennai, 40 students from Sivasailam, Tirunelveli, and 25 students from Dindigul who are almost completing the program.

Plans are in place to run batches in Vellore, Coimbatore, Thirukazhukundram, Salem, Bangalore and Delhi.

As part of Crestpoint’s CSR initiatives, we manage this project for the Redington group without a fee. The trainers are directly paid for by Redington.
