Her career spans over 30 years of work experience in varied fields and capacities.
She started in manufacturing, before moving into sales and marketing. She began her illustrious sales career with ITC Hotels before branching off into the Realty sector.

He started his career with Helpage India as one of the founding members. He was one of the key members in establishing the NGO as a pivotal agency in the care of the elderly.
His work at Helpage brought him in contact with Ogilvy&Mather Advertising. He switched over from Helpage to O&M in client servicing and thereafter grew steadily over the next 10 years into management. His work at O&M included working on key clients like the Murugappa Group, Elektron, Ambassador Cars.
He quit O&M to start his own agency Counter Point Advertising. During this period, he worked largely on building the brands of Chik Shampoo and Meera Herbal into multi crore brands. He was awarded the prestigious brand building award by the Advertising Club of Madras for his work.
In 1995, Naresh exited the advertising industry and started Crestcom operations in India along with Lakshmi Vasan. In the last 2 decades Naresh has earned himself a reputation as an outstanding facilitator for The Bullet Proof Manager program.
He has personally delivered over 1000 BPM sessions reaching 10,000 plus Managers.
He has created a DVD program entitled “Facilitation skills”, which is being used internationally by Crestcom to train BPM facilitators.
In addition to delivery, Naresh is also known for his learning design and strategy skills. He has been instrumental in designing several path-breaking learning transfer methodologies.
He is a passionate lover of Carnatic music and a trained Veena player. He has given concerts both in India and abroad.

Lakshmi Kruti Vasan
Lakshmi Kruti Vasan – Co-founder and Director Business Development

She started in manufacturing, before moving into sales and marketing. She began her illustrious sales career with ITC Hotels before branching off into the Realty sector.
As Head of Sales in the Realty sector, she pioneered many concepts, and successfully handled a multi-crore Project portfolio as well as a large sales team.
Her thirst to be an entrepreneur took shape when she, along with Naresh Purushotham, co-founded Crestcom in India.
As Head of Sales, Lakshmi Vasan, over the last 2 decades has broken every sales record …not just nationally, but globally as well.
She has been consistently ranked worldwide as among the Top 3 salespeople in Crestcom for the last 10 years including the coveted No. 1 rank in 2010.
She has been responsible single-handed for building a 300 plus strong client base for Crestpoint Consultants with an enviable track record of repeat and referral sales in excess of 60% year on year.
Across the training landscape in India, Lakshmi Vasan is respected as an outstanding Sales leader.
Cricket has been an important part of Lakshmi Vasan’s life. In her college days, she represented Madras University and the South Zone as a wicket keeper and batsman.
She keeps this passion alive today as a member of the TNCA Women’s Cricket committee and is actively involved in promoting women's cricket.
Apart from sport, Lakshmi Vasan is deeply involved in CSR initiatives. She is actively involved in the READ program which involves up skilling students for employment, supported by the Redington Foundation. She is a consultant with another NGO; Pudumai Penn Foundation to help empower women through education. She is also an active Rotarian.
