During this span, she has performed roles such as pre-sales & learning embedding officer (LEO). In the role of LEO, she is currently manages several clients drawn from varied industries like IT, Manufacturing and Services. Her responsibilities include, participants engagement and management, facilitator coordination, logistic management, co-facilitation.
Rani Umashankar

Rani has over 13 years of experience in Finance Management.
She heads the Finance function at Crestpoint. Her responsibilities include profitability, timely collections and ensuring that cash flows are healthy and we remain zero debt as a company. In addition to her core responsibilities, Rani supports all the other functions and is also officially our “hostess”. She keeps our family together.

Sherine has over 13 years of industry experience in various roles spanning Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Customer Support, and Teaching. She works closely with the management to ensure achievement of goals and interfacing with senior client stakeholders to enable seamless delivery, client engagement, and reporting.

Her responsibilities include, participants engagement and management, facilitator coordination, logistic management, co-facilitation.
Her primary focus is measuring learning effectiveness, monitor learning effectiveness using different tools with learners. The objective of her role is result-orientation to ensure that learning translates into business results.
Currently, she is pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Training & Development at XLRI to enhance her skills in this arena. She is a part of the Theosophical Society and was the President of the youth wing. She loves martial arts and is a black belt in Karate. She is also an artist accomplished in Tanjore painting.
Sherine Joseph

Sherine has over 13 years of industry experience in various roles spanning Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Customer Support, and Teaching. She works closely with the management to ensure achievement of goals and interfacing with senior client stakeholders to enable seamless delivery, client engagement, and reporting.
Sherine manages end-to-end client engagement and project delivery for learning and development initiatives, participates in client briefings, understands client requirements and works with internal leaders to scope engagement, learning frameworks and delivery process.
She manages all participant interactions and hand-holding processes throughout the learning engagement – pre-program, program and post-program processes, facilitation, outcomes, feedback management, facilitator co-ordination, online learning portal management, logistics management, survey rollout – pre and post program and ongoing business application exercises.

He is responsible for all the IT enablement and integration, including SSO integration with Clients’ IT systems and software.
The objective of his role is, online learning portal management, logistics management, survey rollouts – pre and post program and ongoing business application exercises.
John also leads our social media initiatives
